Our Story

We met in 2018, a few months after Esteban arrived in Italy. Our story began on a language exchange app: a shared love for languages brought us together.
At first, it was just about practicing: I wanted to keep up my Spanish, and Esteban was learning Italian. We met to study together… but from our very first conversations, we realized something special was blossoming.
And since then, we’ve never been apart — across cities, countries, and continents.
And now, here we are, ready to tie the knot!
Our Wedding
Ristorante il Filo di Grano — Morimondo —10.10.2026
In the heart of the historic village of Morimondo, just a short distance from Milan, Il Filo di Grano will be the place where our lives will be tied together forever.
We imagine this day not as a big celebration, but as a moment to share with the people we love most: a simple ceremony, followed by an intimate lunch around the table, to talk, toast, and simply be together.
We invite you to join us in this special corner of Lombardy to celebrate love, time, and the joy of being together.

Tips & Suggestions
We’ve gathered here a few useful details to help you feel comfortable and prepared for our wedding day.
From what to wear to what the weather is usually like, plus a little inspiration and some travel ideas for those coming from afar — think of it as a small, thoughtful guide just for you.
Weather
October in Milan is usually mild and pleasant, with fresh air and soft light.
We suggest checking the forecast a few days before and bringing a light jacket or shawl, especially for the morning and late afternoon.
Dress Code – relaxed elegance
There is no strict dress code — we love the idea of a natural, relaxed elegance for an intimate lunch in a historic village.
If you’d like, you can take a look at our Pinterest board for a bit of inspiration on colours, fabrics and style.
